Belgian Indie Studio Happy Volcano has today announced that their unique narrative puzzler The Almost Gone will be available on PC, Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android on June 25.
The release date was revealed in a short trailer that perfectly shows the clever gameplay you can expect to see in The Almost Gone, with the puzzles taking place in a multitude of beautifully rendered dioramas. The narrative albeit not shown in the trailer focuses on figuring out the saddening events that led to your character teetering the line of life and death, and that sounds pretty damn cool to me.
The game will release for $14.99 USD on PC and Switch, and for $6.99 USD on mobile platforms. During launch week The Almost Gone will offer a 20% off launch price on PC and Switch. Better yet, pre-ordering the game on iOS and Android will net you 30% off launch price.
I love myself a puzzle game, and I can’t wait to see how The Almost Gone plays when it releases on PC, Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android on June 25.
