Primordials Legends: Hollow Hero Is An Aussie-Made Adventure Featuring A Warrior Wombat

Say hello to the combat wombat

Melbourne-based developer Toybox Games Studios has announced Primordials Legends: Hollow Hero, an action-adventure game featuring a warrior wombat coming to PC in 2023.

Set in the beautiful fantasy world of Eridal, players will assume the role of Brunt, a female wombat who embarks on her first journey into the world, discovering how it came to exist while meeting new legends, fighting enemies and solving puzzles to help shape its future. The studio is utilising the power of Unreal Engine 5 to build Eridal, which is teeming with gorgeous flora and mysterious fauna, and based on the screenshots and the trailer the game is certainly looking pretty.

According to Toybox’s website, Primordials Legends: Hollow Hero is a “short-form” and “liner experience,” and is the first entry in a series of short stories being developed by the studio. Toybox states the game is coming to PC in 2023, with a console release to be looked at after that.
