Developer Team Ninja has announced that its action RPG, Rise of the Rōnin, will be released on PC via Steam on March 11.
Initially launching in March 2024 as a PS5 exclusive, Rise of the Rōnin is an open-world action RPG set in Japan in 1863. While wading through the historical setting, players can use various weapons, such as katanas, spears and firearms, during combat and make their way through the world on horseback or glide through the air with a kite glider. The Rise of the Rōnin’s PC release will come equipped with various features, such as 8K resolution, ultra-wide support, 120fps support, ray tracing support, 3D audio support, and more.

We gave Rise of the Rōnin a 6 in our review, saying, “Rise of the Rōnin’s open world is vast and content-rich, but it’s a case of quantity over quality that’s only partially rescued by the unambitious but technically adequate combat.”
