Roblox has announced that the insanely popular online gaming platform is making its way to PS5 and PS4 in October.
Announced during the Roblox Developer Conference, the gaming juggernaut is finally making its way to PlayStation consoles at long last. Described as a “virtual universe” Roblox is an online platform that allows users to create and share their own worlds, avatars and games in a huge social hub. The app can be found just about everywhere else, from PC, Android and iOS to Xbox consoles, and will soon be making its way to PlayStation.

The blog post on the Roblox website reads, “And, at long last, we announced that next month, millions of PlayStation console owners will be able to access the full catalogue of Roblox experiences. Getting our developers’ experiences onto these two amazing platforms is a significant step toward making Roblox available on all of the most popular devices.”
No specific release date has been provided, there’s already a listing on the PlayStation store, where you can wishlist it, so the platform will be available in no time.
