Techland’s Thin Dying Light 2 Update Promises A 2021 Release Date, More Info Soon

Techland has delivered on its promise to update eager fans on the status of Dying Light 2‘s development with a brief, slightly disagreeable new video.

The video sees Techland employees read out community messages, Mean Tweets-style, angrily demanding information on the game’s whereabouts. Promises are then made that the studio is putting its all into delivering their vision, and that more information is just around the corner.

The video than cuts to roughly twenty seconds of new gameplay footage of Dying Light 2 before revealing a release window of 2021. Check it out below:

As far as updates go it’s not much, and it’s strangely dismissive of the problematic behaviour of the internet commenters it addresses, but I suppose it’s something.
