PlatinumGames is a successful game developer known for their interesting titles but recently they have decided to move into publishing their own games as well. A month ago PlatinumGames teased us by putting up a strange website with four mystery announcements to be made, including the very successful Wonderful 101 Kickstarter. Number two went live early this morning and is called Project G.G.. Project G.G. is an all-new, all original project will represent the first game completely developed and published by Platinum. You can read the complete press release from Hideki Kamiya here. The game appears to be centred around a giant man of steel fighting off a Kaiju-esc monster. The project is intended for release on all platforms. The game already has teaser trailer which looks dark and beautiful.
It will probably be quite a while before we find out more about this game and get a release date but I’m sure your also curious to find out more. Before then we still have two more mystery announcements to go, what would you like to see?
