Riot Games’ Valorant is constantly growing and evolving, and earlier today, Valorant’s latest update, Episode 3 Act II, became available to players, introducing the game’s newest map, Fracture.
Fracture places the defending team smack bang in the middle of the map, split between the two bomb sites, with the attacking team able to approach from either side. Both teams can maneuver rapidly across the map with ziplines hidden underneath. Players beware, ziplines may not be the only thing that lurks below.
Furthermore, Fracture includes interactive clues, which are spread around the map. These clues should give players an insight on Valorant’s mirrored worlds.
Since its release in 2020, Valorant has risen in popularity, adding competition to the established tactical shooters like Counter Strike: Global Offensive and Overwatch.
While no new agents have currently been announced. Fracture is sure to set up a whole new world of combinations, and fragment the current meta.
