The PC modding community strikes again with another Sekiro mod. While most of the mods for FromSoftware’s Action RPG have been silly (like changing an enemy model to be Shrek or a boss to be Thomas the Tank Engine) there are some which actually function more than just being a quick gag. So here we find ourselves with a modder that had efectively brought Bloodborne’s combat into Sekiro, called Bloodborne Combat (who would have guessed).

Available on NexusMods, Bloodborne Combat makes the following changes:
- Blocking and deflecting no longer entirely mitigates damage
- Dashing is required to prevent damage, including dodging for sweep attacks and thrust attacks
- Perilous attack alerts are removed
- Rally back your health by dealing vitality damage to an enemy
