The social media of the legendary Ed Boon has arisen from slumber, mostly to tease that the next guest fighter for Mortal Kombat 1 is due for a gameplay video – showcasing John Cena’s endless charm in his Peacemaker role.

Dropping a lip-full of sass to Bi Han, Peacemaker is awfully confident when talking to the grumpy cryomancer. Obviously the likeness is absolutely gorgeous, so if you a member of the Ce-nation you may want to look away when a Fatality drops on your boy – it’s going to be reeeeal messy.
The gameplay video is slated to release tomorrow, and judging by the fact that we see the bringer of peace in action with his goofy techno-helmet, we can safely assume that his brutal moveset will utilise his headgear and guns. If we are supremely lucky, we might even see an appearance from his wonderful Eagle sidekick, Eagley.
