For those unaware, ‘Toyetic’ means that something is very marketable as a physical toy. And EVERYTHING in Warcraft Arclight Rumble screams ‘action figure’.
Besides the adorably chaotic aesthetic, the game appears to be a lane-based auto battler, which admittedly is more appealing than another Clash of Clans clone.
Blizzard themselves describes the title thusly:
Warcraft® Arclight Rumble™ is a mobile action strategy game set within the Warcraft universe where collectible Minis come to life to battle in frantic melee skirmishes. Play in multiple modes, including the single player campaign, going head-to-head in epic PvP battles, playing co-op, and more. Experience the true meaning of joyful chaos!
The ‘miniature’ visual style does a lot of the heavy lifting, with a generous helping of old style Blizzard humour and whackiness – there is an ape with a banana nun chucks (“ba-nunchucks”) if you look closely enough.
The feature breakdown does a lot to paint the picture of a pretty natural mobile experience, with hero collecting and the option for PvP head-to-head battles available should you wish:

While I find the initial presentation quite charming, and have absolutely registered my interest to play in an upcoming beta – being a mobile game I am still very wary of its intentions. The mobile gaming market is one of lucrative earning power, so I am keen to see some external feedback on how monetisation may work within the title. Most games that have a ‘hero collector’ element within them lean quite heavily on the concept of random draws, with cash purchases trying to offset the random nature of it.
