Assassin’s Creed Valhalla And Odyssey Come Together In Free Crossover Stories Tomorrow

Hidden blades clash

Ubisoft has announced Assassin’s Creed Crossover Stories, a free multi-game content drop that will take place across both Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Odyssey; available tomorrow.

From tomorrow, players will be able to download free DLC that will add a story to both games, connecting the two and having Eivor and Kassandra (or Alexios) come face to face. Titled Those Who Are Treasured, the story in Odyssey will take place after the events of the main story, with Kassandra seeking out a powerful Isu artifact on the Isle of Skye.

This just happens to be where Valhalla’s protagonist Eivor is at the time, leading to a confrontation between the two. The mission in Valhalla, named A Fateful Encounter, will show Eivor’s perspective and will have players taking control of the fearsome Viking once more as they go toe-to-toe with the long-living Greek legend.

With Odyssey now running at 60fps on nu-gen consoles and Valhalla receiving another huge expansion in March of 2022, it’s a good time to get on both entries into the franchise.

The free updates for both games will be available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC from tomorrow (December 15).

Which of these two games is your favourite? Will you be jumping back in to play this crossover? Let us know in the comments or on our social media.
