Bright Memory: Infinite Launches On PC In November, Xbox At A Later Date

Wall running onto PCs this November

Hybrid first-person shooter and hack ‘n’ slash game Bright Memory: Infinite will launch on PC via Steam and GOG on November 12, with the Xbox Series X|S release coming soon after.

Bright Memory: Infinite is the work of one-man indie Chinese developer FYQD Studio and publisher Playism, and is the sequel to Bright Memory, the game which teased the series’ frenetic and visceral gameplay. The game’s debut showing wowed fans with its gorgeous visuals and high-octane combat.

The studio has worked closely with NVIDIA to ensure the game’s visuals, which utilises DLSS, ray-traced reflections, shadows, caustic effects, and global illumination, are a sight to behold.

“Bright Memory: Infinite is the culmination of years of work to prove just what indie developers are capable of,” said Zeng, the man behind FYQD Studio. “I look forward to blowing fans away with an experience that’s not just good-looking, but incredibly fun.”

Here’s a little more on Bright Memory: Infinite’s gameplay:

“Bright Memory: Infinite combines the FPS and action genres to deliver a high-octane experience. Mix and match available skills and abilities to unleash magnificient combos on your enemies. Your trusted sword allows you to slash through crowds of enemies and even repel their gunfire. The guns you come across in-game can be customized with a variety of ammunitions. Choose between incendiary bombs, sticky grenades, homing missiles, and more to suit your situation.”
