Check Out the Intro Cutscene From Warhammer 40K: Inquisitior – Martyr

I am angry. ANGRY ABOUT CHAOS

There’s Heresy afoot. I can feel it.

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is an Action-RPG that takes place in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. You play as an Inquisitor, an agent of the Imperium of Man who generally gets to do whatever they want in the line of duty. The Inquisition is the single most powerful force in the Imperium’s vast empire, and they don’t dick around. They come to set straight that which is twisted; to cleanse that which is unclean; to judge he who is guilty; to punish he who has sinned. Put simply, they are the law. And in Inquisitor – Martyr, one has come to an abandoned Imperium starship. Who knows what dangers and devils lurk inside? That’s for you, or you and three friends, to find out.

Developer Neocore Games have a long history of games that aren’t necessarily good, but are filled with fascinating new ideas and passionate execution. If you’re a fan of 40K or just like action-RPGs (really, who doesn’t?), this could be a game well worth checking out. If anything, the close-ups of an Imperium ship are reason enough to press play on the trailer below:

You can check out more about the game on Neocore’s website, or buy the early access build of the game on Steam.
