Crackdown 3 Finally Gets A Concrete Release Date; First Look At Wrecking Zone Multiplayer Footage

This time, this is it

Back at E3 2018, Microsoft made the announcement that their long-awaited destruction simulator with Terry Crews, Crackdown 3, would launch on February 22, 2019, joining Metro ExodusAnthem and Days Gone in making one of the most jam-packed release dates in history.

However, it wasn’t long after that the date seemed to disappear from all marketing materials, with a February 2019 date listed in its place. So either the Twitter team were trigger-happy or Xbox got spooked. Either way the game is coming, and it’s coming a week earlier than the aforementioned titles (except Days Gone which has been delayed until April).

This morning during X018 it was announced that Crackdown 3 would be coming to Xbox One, Windows and Game Pass on February 15, 2019.

Xbox also debuted gameplay footage for the game’s Wrecking Zone multiplayer mode, which pits two teams of five against one another in fully destructible arenas.
