Death Stranding Director’s Cut Is Coming To PC This Autumn

It’s all about connecting after all

Developer Kojima Productions and publisher 505 Games have announced that Death Stranding Director’s Cut will release on PC in Autumn 2022.

Releasing on PS5 in September 2021, the Director’s Cut introduced a number of new features including a new area, missions, new gear, a racetrack and a firing range, while improving the game’s visuals and performance.

The base game has been available on PC since July 2020 and soon players will be able to purchase the Director’s Cut from both the Epic Games Store and Steam. The PC version of the Director’s Cut will also be making use of Intel’s new XeSS graphics technology, which will somehow make this already beautiful game look even better.

There’s nothing to be seen on the Epic Games Store as of yet, but a Steam page for the Director’s Cut is live on Steam now. If you haven’t played Death Stranding yet, this is absolutely the version for you, as the new additions really round out the experience (we gave it a 9).
