Far Cry 5 Is Getting A Free Weekend Across All Platforms Starting Tomorrow

Ubisoft has announced that Far Cry 5 will be available to play for free on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC from August 4-9. Players will have access to the entire game, playable in singleplayer or two-player co-op, and progress will carry over if you’re to purchase the game at the end of the free weekend.

For most platforms, this free period will begin tomorrow and you’re able to pre-download the title now. Here are the starting times for each platform:

• PC (Ubisoft Store): August 5 at 11 pm AEST
• PC (Epic Games Store): August 6 at 3 am AEST
• PS5 and PS4: August 5 at 5.01 pm AEST
• Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One: August 5 at 5:01 pm AEST
