Get Excited, It Looks Like The PS5 Will Support Themes

If you’ve ever listened to the WellPlayed DLC Podcast then you would know that I love a good dynamic theme (static themes go alright every now and again), and in news that brings a smile to my face, it appears that the PS5, like the PS4 before it (and the PS3 before that), will continue supporting themes.

While it hasn’t come from the horse’s mouth, an eagle-eyed ResetEra user spotted the information on the PSN listing for the Stranger Things Edition of Dead by Daylight, which includes “an exclusive Dead by Daylight – Stranger Things PS5 theme,” with the theme becoming available once the console launches. Hopefully when PlayStation reveals the PS5 UI we get some official confirmation on themes and how they will look on the PS5.
