Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is fast approaching that July 11 release, so you best get to know the cast of crazies that will be tearing up the streets.
Returning from his tenure in THPS1+2, Jack Black is on deck to voice Officer Dick once more – bringing Richard Ennvee to the game as what skaters fear most: the long arm of the law.
With a ton of police-themed special tricks and grabs, this Dick is ready to put on a show.
As a bonus, players will also get to meet Officer Dick’s UK counterpart, Constable Richard, in the London level of the game. Constable Richard is also voiced by Jack Black, albeit with a slightly more British-toned accent.
That’s double your Dick flavour for a single Tony Hawk Pro Skater experience. A bounty of Jack Black action.
In all seriousness, Officer Dick has been a staple secret character in the series – serving as an unlockable character in the franchise since the original game. While he hasn’t always been personified by the Tenacious D legend, players were pleased to see him return with a cameo in Tony Hawk’s Project 8 before suiting up in his lawman duds in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2, voiced by the Lava Chicken man himself.
It’s a killer inclusion, and I’m sure we’ll be seeing plenty of other fun characters and casting choices – considering the game is already promising Doomslayer to join in on the shredding.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is out July 11 for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series S|X.
