Not gonna lie, I’m squealing like a schoolgirl at a boy band concert right now.
Oddworld Inhabitants recently posted a certain twitter post that has a lot of people very excited:

What made people truly piss themselves in glee, however, was the discovery that the image in the tweet was a crop of an Abe’s Exoddus promotional image from 1998. The cat, as they say, has jumped out of the bag and meowed for food at 1am. Fucking cat. Nothing can compete with the literal masterpiece that is Abe’s Oddysee, but Exoddus was still an incredibly well-made game and defined the Oddworld series’ visuals and writing as we know it today. Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty, a remake of Oddysee, was released just under two years ago and it was pretty damn good. If there’s anything that can make me forget this existentialist dread that we’re all going to one day face the void and never return, it’s Exoddus getting the same treatment. I cannot wait to see the best cutscenes in the series get re-done, and you shouldn’t too.
