Overlords of Outland Has Launched, Bringing World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Classic Officially Into Phase 2

The Burning Crusade Classic has shifted into a higher gear

The global rollout has completed – and now everyone in the classic World of Warcraft space can relish the opportunity to do something other than the Karazhan raid.

I am of course speaking about the release of Tier 5 content, in the form of the Overlords of Outland raid content.

It was an exciting patch back in the day, and even now it is thrilling to step up and fight some classic Warcraft 3 characters. From Blizzard’s own description:

Lady Vashj and Kael’thas Sunstrider—the cunning Overlords of Outland—have long served Illidan Stormrage, the Betrayer. Now is the time to bring their wretched rule to an end.

Later we would come to realise that perhaps ILLIDAN WAS A GOOD GUY ALL ALONG, but for now we can start the journey to his doorstep with his head goons, Snake Lady and Gorgeous Hair Elf.

Overlords of Outlands is now LIVE within The Burning Crusade Classic
