It’s a massive bummer for everyone who had purchased tickets, booked flights and accommodation, and were keen to see the Australian gaming community reunite after PAX Australia 2020 fell victim to the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, with host city Melbourne entering its sixth lockdown just last week, the easiest and safest decision was to cancel the event and hope that by 2022 PAX Australia can go ahead.
The good news is that everyone and anyone who has purchased a ticket will be entitled to a full refund, with information on how these will be processed coming in the next week.
