Ubisoft and Microsoft have announced that Rainbow Six Extraction will be coming to Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass on day one.
Announced on Xbox Wire, the long-awaited co-op tactical shooter will be hitting Game Pass on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC on January 20. Fighting against an alien threat known as Archæans, you and up to two other friends will choose from a roster of 18 different Operators before taking on a variety of missions set across 12 unique maps. Endgame and post-launch content has already been outlined by Ubisoft, so it looks like Extraction will be around for the long term, making its Game Pass release even more appealing.

Alongside the Extraction news, Ubisoft also announced that Rainbow Six Siege will also be coming to PC Game Pass on January 20. Additionally, Ubisoft revealed plans for their subscription service, named Ubisoft+, to make its way to Xbox platforms in the future. Currently available on PC, Ubisoft+ grants its subscribers access to over 100 Ubisoft titles, much like Game Pass itself.
