According to industry insider Tidux (see Tweet below), several highly requested features are set to make their way to the PS4 in a future system update, such as the ability to gift and wishlist games on the PSN store, track your trophy progression, see your timelog stats for games and more.
No estimated arrival date for these features was given but hopefully we see them (or some) in the next major update.

Personally, game gifting and timelog stats are two features I have wanted for a long time. No longer will people have to buy PSN cards if there’s a particular game you wanna shout your mate, and I can finally see how many hours I have sunk into Homefront: The Revolution.
