Space Marine 2’s Newest Update Lets You Meet Your Glorious End

Endure an endless battle against ever increasing enemy numbers

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2’s latest update is offering players an endless new PvE game mode to test their mettle, for only in death does duty end.

Siege Mode is a new 3-player game mode that pits you against ever deadlier waves of Tyranid and Thousand Sons – daring you to fight against impossible odds to hold an imperial fortress for as long as you possibly can.

Basically a horde mode with a twist, Siege is a Warhammer 40k fans ultimate fantasy – an unending battle to aura farm forever.

Each wave you defeat earns you points that can be spent at Requisition Terminals to stay in the fight, picking up ammunition, equipment charges and essential Medicae Stimms. When the going gets tough, you can also spend your points on reinforcements like human Cadian regiments or even one of the mighty Dreadnoughts seen during the campaign.

Every five waves you will need to relocate yourselves as the enemy threat shifts to a different part of the fortress – and of course you can expect Terminus level threats to routinely show up an keep you on your toes.

If you manage to reach a point of satisfaction, you can opt to extract and earn Requisition Points, Armoury Data and XP – or fulfil your ultimate fantasy of falling in the name of the Emperor, surrounded by fallen foes and their avenging colleagues.

And yes, it is a free update – so if this sounds like your brutal cup of tea, update your copy of Space Marine 2 and go meet the grinder head on.
