Even though Sony won’t be making an appearance at E3 this year, this hasn’t stopped the rumour mill generating plenty of speed from their upcoming exclusive titles.
This time the news comes from Spanish website Gamereactor.es, who cite comments from Sony directly, claiming that they will be dropping a release date for the highly anticipated sequel sometime this week. This release date will apparently come along side a trailer likely giving it a Q3 release date.
Normally news like this would be taken with a grain of salt, but with Kojima dropping cryptic hints towards Death Stranding (another Sony exclusive) only a few days earlier, this could be a sign that Sony are looking to shake things up and make some waves before E3 to show that they can stand by themselves when it comes to big time announcements.
Are we gonna get the biggest and best State Of Play yet? We will have to stay tuned to find out!
