Hearthstone has done a lot of neat gimmicks, but this musically themed expansion may just be the neatest of them all.
Rockstars, boy bands and even a hip-hop duo of Orc and Blingtron – Festival of Legends genuinely looks like musical mayhem:

Like any other expansion, it comes packed to the gills with new cards and mechanics to keep all players on their toes. The new keyword ‘Finale‘ is a really creative one, giving special effects to a card if playing it spends all of your remaining mana – so you can end your turn with a real bang!
Every class even gets their own genre of jam to lean into – today I learned that HIPPIE was a musical subclass apparently:
While I can never keep up with the cutting edge competitive side of Hearthstone, I’ll never stop appreciating the sheer amount of fun that the team keeps cramming into their expansions.
