The Xbox Version Of AFL 23 Suffers Another Delay

When it rains it pours

Big Ant Studios has announced that AFL 23‘s Xbox release date has been delayed again, with physical stock now expected to hit retailers in July/early August.

The new delay pushes the Xbox version from its potential June launch window to August, with PlayStation and PC players having access to the game since it was first released on May 4. It’s another blow for Big Ant Studios, the AFL and AFL 23, with the game launching to a mostly negative reception (I scored it a 5 in my review), and although the game has improved since then, there’s still plenty of work to be done, not to mention the radio silence around the much-vaunted Pro Team mode.
