Polish developer The Astronauts has announced the release date for its upcoming dark fantasy shooter Witchfire during Summer Games Fest, which will launch in Early Access on the Epic Games Store on September 20, 2023.
The short trailer gives us a look at the game’s combat, with our protagonist sporting several weapons and utilising various magic spells.
Witchfire has been in development since 2017 and is set in a dark world where the Church is at war with powerful witches. Armed by Vatican sorcerers, players will have access to a damaging array of guns and forbidden magic to take the fight to the witches.
