Xbox ANZ Auctions Off Hand-Painted Console For NAIDOC Week

Talk about a “deadly” console!

To celebrate NAIDOC Week, the team at Xbox ANZ has collaborated with a Melbourne First Nations artist and Twitch streamer – Rubii Red. Her work has been featured across many artistic platforms, from website branding to art galleries, she has consistently been seen working and collaborating with some of the biggest companies in gaming, including Twitch and now Xbox.

This latest console features unique hand-painted artwork in the beloved style that Rubii is known for. She shared Xbox ANZ’s tweet saying, “I hope this collaboration gets all you non-Indigenous mob to celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, especially our elders! I hope it sparks conversations in your household, and I hope you see Us!”

According to Rubii’s Instagram story, the one-of-a-kind console will be auctioned off in a charity stream, and there will be more details to come. This console is sensational, and all proceeds of the auction will be donated to ID Know Yourself.
