Konami has announced that a Silent Hill Transmission stream will occur on October 20 at 8am AEDT.
The announcement made on Twitter is accompanied by the words, “In your restless dreams, do you see that town?” This is followed by a promise that the stream will reveal updates on the Silent Hill series. The Tweet does link to a new Silent Hill website that teases this week’s stream, but there’s nothing more to be seen there for the moment.
We don’t know exactly what this Transmission will reveal, but with the long-running rumours of a new Silent Hill game, combined with a project titled Silent Hill: The Short Message being rated by the Korean Ratings Board, it feels safe to assume that this won’t just be a tie-in or partnership…hopefully.
