New York Comic Con’s Secret Level panel has concluded, giving the 800-strong crowd an exclusive look at a new trailer for the series – as well as some words from supervising director Dave Wilson, known for directing the original Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War intro cinematic over 20 years ago.
Some details were then shared to clue Warhammer fans in on what they can expect when the Space Marine flavoured episode drops – including the fun fact that it takes place within the universe of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, with brick shithouse Titus starring.

Some key details from the panel:
- Clive Standen returns as Titus, of course
- The Warhammer 40,000 episode is in the first to be released on December 10, alongside seven others
- The animation follows the conclusion of the video game like a… secret level.
- There’s a new trailer on the way
So it seems that while Secret Level looks to be a celebration of amazing gaming properties, the Space Marine content will be hitting centre stage. Makes sense when you consider that out of the franchises represented, it is the most current (poor Concord).
