Detective Thriller Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View Gets A November Release Date

The clues point towards November

Developer White Paper Games has announced that their detective mystery game Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View will be releasing on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Switch and PC on November 2.

Set in England in the 1950s, Conway is described as being an observational thriller that casts the players as retired detective Robert Conway. When eight-year-old Charlotte May goes missing in Dahlia View, Conway is forced back into his old life of searching for clues, following leads and fleecing suspects for information to get to the bottom of her disappearance.

Conway will have three primary gameplay states: observe, search and review. Observing will largely see you behind the lens of Conway’s camera as he searches for clues and collects evidence. As shown in the trailer below, this aspect of the game looks very similar to Alfred Hitchcock’s Rear Window, which is more than enough to get my attention.

The PS5 and Xbox Series X/S players will have access to 4K resolution and ray tracing modes to enhance the experience. Atop this, PS5 players will have DualSense features such as adaptive trigger support that mimics the snap of the camera and haptic feedback to convey the texture surfaces.

Will you be investigating this game when it launches in November? Are you a fan of Rear Window? Let us know in the comments or on our social media.
