Today it was revealed that the multiplayer beta would start from April 18 as an exclusive early access event for people who played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition. Closer to the date, eligible people will start to receive “tokens in waves” for early access to the beta. The early access portion of the beta will conclude on April 24. If you would still like to be eligible, the time period for players to become qualified by playing Gears of War: Ultimate Edition has been extended. This qualifying time period will come to a close on April 12.
Following the early access close on April 24, everyone on Microsoft’s current gen console, Xbox One, will be able to play the Gears of War 4 Multiplayer Beta until May 1.
