Developer TT Games and publisher Warner Bros. Games have announced that Lego Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight will be releasing on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC on May 29, 2026.
The release date announcement came during The Game Awards, where the bricky version of the Caped Crusader called host Geoff Keighley on a wonderfully retro red phone to spread the news. The subsequent trailer not only revealed the game’s release date, but it also gave us yet another look at the era-spanning gameplay we can look forward to. Mashing all the various iterations of Batman into one package, including the Dark Knight trilogy, Burton films, and even Batman and Robin. The gameplay steers away from the typical Lego fare, choosing instead to mimic the action brawling of the Arkham games, making for a unique spin that we haven’t seen in the brick-based series thus far.
