Developer Polyphony Digital has announced My First Gran Turismo, a free-to-play demo Gran Turismo 7 that launches on PS5 and PS5 on December 6.
As detailed on the PlayStation Blog, My First Gran Turismo is a free-to-play introduction to the long-running racing sim series that offers a handful of events to complete in a curated selection of cars. Specifically, the demo will feature three races, three time trials, three music rally stages and a range of licence challenges, all to be completed using 18 different cars. While similar to Gran Turismo 5 Prologue in many ways, this has the added benefit of a $0 price tag, so give it a download if you want to take GT7 for a test drive before committing.

In our opinion, this would be worth checking out, as our review for GT7 was pretty glowing. We gave the full game a 9, saying, “Gran Turismo 7 is the culmination of Polyphony’s 25 years of dedication to the racing genre and the automotive industry, and the final result is nothing short of outstanding, with only minor nuisances stopping it short of a perfect lap.”
