The PlayStation chequebook has been getting a workout this week, with the company announcing the acquisition of Housemarque (and most likely Bluepoint) earlier this week. Today, they’ve added to their roster, announcing the acquisition of Nixxes Software, a studio whose talents lie in porting games to PC.

The Dutch company’s previous works include bringing games like the recent trilogy of Tomb Raider games, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and Marvel’s Avengers to PC, and with PlayStation looking to bring more of its titles to Windows, this looks like a savvy business move.
