PlayStation Celebrate International Women’s Day With A Special Video And Free PS4 Theme

Balance for Better

Whatever your gaming platform ‘allegiances’ are, if you have them, there’s no denying that the people at PlayStation do a great job of supporting and celebrating the diversity of their fanbase. Whether it’s their public support of Pride and the LGBTIQ+ community, or International Women’s Day, they’ve consistently made the push for a more inclusive gaming community for everyone.

With today, Friday the 8th of March, marking International Women’s Day for 2019, PlayStation have made the effort to put together a great little video spot showcasing some of the immensely talented women that work in the industry in studios like Guerilla Games, Media Molecule and Naughty Dog. You can check it out here:

Alongside the video, they’ve also commissioned Guerilla Games concept artist Choro Choi to create a beautiful new IWD theme for PlayStation 4, which you can grab for free on the PSN store here.
