Sifu Is Getting A Physical Edition That Releases In May

Worth it for the artbook alone

Developer Sloclap and publisher Microids have announced that the kung-fu brawler Sifu will be getting a physical release on May 3.

Sifu’s physical release, the Vengeance Edition, will include the game, as well as a number of additional add-ons that may just tempt some into waiting.

The Vengeance Edition features:

  • A standard copy of Sifu
  • An exclusive SteelBook
  • ‘The Art of Sifu’ artbook
  • The original game score (digital)
  • 3 lithographs

The Vengence Edition is currently available to pre-order from EB games for $79.95 and JB Hi-Fi for $69.

Released digitally today, Sifu is a challenging and rewarding title that demands perfection. Here’s what we had to say in our review (we gave it a 9):

“A challenging brawler that punishes recklessness and demands perfection, Sifu’s genre-leading combat and roguelike mechanics blend together to create an early Game of the Year contender.”
