While I was prepared to pick apart the released image and point out that Cal is brandishing a blaster, the internet already beat me to it.
Though it’s been changed now, the game’s Steam page briefly showed a March 15, 2023 release date, alongside a bunch of new info, pre-order bonuses, and deluxe edition content. According to the Steam page, pre-ordering the game will give you access to “Hermit” cosmetic items that have Kal cosplaying as Obi-Wan Kenobi, while the Deluxe Edition will have the young Jedi doing his best Luke Skywalker and Han Solo impressions, with skins for himself, BD-1 and his lightsaber and blaster.
The listing also confirms that Survivor picks up five years after the events of the first game, with Cal being pushed to the edge of the galaxy by the Empire.
