Publisher EA and developer Respawn Entertainment have announced that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has been delayed and will now release on April 28.
A statement posted to Twitter revealed that Respawn is in the “final stage” of development and that the current focus is on “bug fixes to enhance performance, stability, polish, and most importantly, the player experience.” According to the statement, extra development time is required to “hit the Respawn quality bar, provide the team the time they need, and achieve the level of polish our fans deserve.”

Originally set to release on March 17, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will now launch on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC on April 28.
