After a not-so-subtle Tweet from the Battlefield Twitter account hinted at an announcement coming in June, an official date has been set for the reveal of the next Battlefield game. Publisher EA and developer DICE have announced that the reveal for the next Battlefield will drop at 12 am AEST on June 10.
We still don’t know a great deal about the next installment of the popular shooter franchise, aside from the fact that it will apparently take “a bold step” for the series and feature more players per game than ever before. It’s also been confirmed that the large-scale action and destructible environments that the series is known for will not only remain but be expanded upon.
