The Sinking City Is Now Available For Xbox Series X&S

Next-gen Xbox players can finally dive into enhanced Oakmont

The next-gen enhanced version of the Lovecraftian detective game The Sinking City is now available on Xbox Series X&S.

This version of the title is digital-only and is published by the game’s developer Frogwares. They have confirmed the following enhancements:

  • 4K (3840×2160) resolution
  • 60 frames per second
  • Improved graphical fidelity
  • Improved loading times
  • Additional quests – part of the Merciful Madness DLC (included in Deluxe Edition, or as a separate purchase)

I played the next-gen version of the game on PS5 earlier this year and found the enhancements were a little weak but overall it was a better version of an already enjoyable game.
