Is A New Mafia Project In The Works?

Apparently the trendy new way to build hype around a soon to be announced game is via cryptic Tweets. Last month (April) the Crysis Twitter account posted for the first time in almost four years, with the announcement of Crysis Remastered coming days later.

It looks like we might have a similar situation on our hands with another dormant IP, the Mafia series. Up until early this morning, the official Mafia Twitter account hadn’t posted anything since August of 2018, but that silence has now been broken with a one-word post:

Could we be getting a remaster of the original? Or perhaps a new entry is in the works, we will have to wait and see.
