Your gaming uncle and mine, Geoff Keighley, has announced that the one and only Snoop Dogg will be performing live at The Game Awards on December 13.
We’ve seen pan flutes, dance breaks sponsored by Just Dance, and full orchestra performances at live-streamed gaming events throughout the years, but this year’s Game Awards will feature a bonified hip-hop legend. Fresh off his appearance in Fortnite, culminating in a huge virtual concert, The Doggfather, Snoop Doggy Dogg, will be performing at The Game Awards 2024.

The man, myth and legend is a part-time rapper and full-time gamer, having wracked up over 1,000 hours on Xbox alone in 2024, as shown by his Xbox Year in Review, which consisted mainly of Madden NFL and EA Sports Football 25.
The Game Awards 2024 will kick off on December 13, with all the nominees announced and the controversy around what constitutes a Game of the Year contender brewing, so this year’s awards show should be a fun one.
